My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable, but there were additional charges that were not initially listed. The service was a bit lacking, especially on my arrival, but the location was convenient with beautiful surroundings. The dining options were satisfactory but could be improved, and the facilities were decent.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were lovely with a wonderful view of the pool, making our time there easy and comfy. However, there was no room service until we checked out, and the room was old, outdated, and smelled of smoke. The lack of certain amenities like a microwave or fridge was disappointing, and the bathroom was in poor condition with a chipping tub.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was great, near the mall and light rail for easy access to beaches, but there was a disappointingly musty odor in the room. The staff went out of their way to assist with our accommodation needs, even though the facilities felt outdated.
